No flight, no stay on the ground; the whole setup is done in 1 to 2 weeks.

Proof of address, tax identification number and phone number must all come from the same country. Some banks additionally ask for a CV. Whoever has no consistent residence gets declined, however good the rest of the application.

A real apartment with keys
We find you a real rental apartment in Davao City. In your name. With keys. Electricity, water, internet, all in your name at the same address. That is the foundation for every other document. We discuss your budget in advance and then find the right apartment. Rents start at around $150/month. The rent is NOT included in the package price; you pay it directly to your landlord. We handle the search, viewing and contract. You get your own apartment, not a letterbox.
TIN (Tax Identification Number)
Your Philippine tax identification number, issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue. A physical TIN card in your name. A mandatory requirement for bank accounts, the ACR card and almost every official process.
BIR tax registration
Official confirmation of your registration as a resident alien in the Philippine tax system. The document banks and authorities require at this stage.
Barangay certificate
Issued by your local barangay, the lowest administrative level in the Philippines. Confirms your address at community level. Independent of the rental contract; recognised by banks and authorities.
ACR Card (Alien Certificate of Registration)
The Philippine immigration authority's official ID for foreign residents. With photo, name, nationality and address. Accepted by banks and authorities as an identity document. The ACR card requires a physical stay in the Philippines (min. 60 days). It is NOT a requirement for this service; you can apply any time in the future when you visit the Philippines.
Philippine bank account (optional)
A Philippine bank account requires your personal presence at the bank. That is NOT a requirement for this service; you can open one any time you visit the Philippines. The apartment, TIN and all other documents are handled fully remotely.
Local SIM card
A registered Philippine SIM card in your name. Necessary for banking apps, two-factor authentication and daily life in Davao City.
