Full terms and conditions of STM Corporate Group

The full terms and conditions of STM Corporate Group, which apply to all services provided through FreedomBanking Plus, are published on the STM Corporate Group website.

Scope of services

FreedomBanking Plus arranges and supports the opening of bank accounts in international jurisdictions outside the EU. The specific services follow from the order form in question and the order confirmation.

We do not guarantee that an account will be opened, because the final decision rests with the bank concerned. If the bank declines, advisory services already provided are charged pro rata.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are net prices. As we operate as a US company, no European VAT applies.

Payment is made by bank transfer or by the payment methods shown on the order page. The service is provided once payment has been received.

Right of withdrawal

As our services are individual services provided at the client's express request, the right of withdrawal expires once performance of the service has begun, provided the client has expressly agreed to this.

Governing law

The law of the State of Texas, USA, applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Austin, Texas, USA.
